  1. Don't know about the 5k, but for the mile, since you're a guy probably under 4:40. If you just wanted to run track in college, I would say under 4:50, but if you want a scholarship you'll want to be faster. But if you don't run that fast, don't worry, a lot of colleges would probably still give you a scholarship if you ran at least under 5.

  2. under 15:30 for 5k

    under 4:30 for mile

  3. 4:15 should get you a scholarship to a good school.  Maybe 4:10 for a Div 1.  For the 5K you should be around 15:30-16:00, but to get a scholarship to a Division I school you should be well under 15:20.

  4. Depends on the small colleges around you , because some small colleges are strong in track, because they lack in football or baseball.. But I would think 4:40 at least.. But i think you'd have to be faster even for a small school. For the 5k, most colleges run 8k( around 5 miles).. a time thatll make it on most small colleges is 30 minutes.. but idk if that ll get you a scholarship.. it might but for a 5k you'd wanna be able to run.. high 16s..might get away with low 17s.. I hope this helps

  5. under 4:20 mile

    under 15:15 5K

  6. under 430 for the mile dunno for the 5k
