What kinda turtle would have four humps and a tail?

i found one on my grandmothers porch and its a baby like if someone bought it but it has four humps, it has claws and can climb pretty well, dark green shell with diamond type shapes and a tail. we were thinking a snapper but how in the heck would it wind up so far away from a creek? if anyone knows please help i don't wanna set it loose and have it die, and if it is a snapper i wanna let it go at the nearby creeek

yea its a snapper but if it has to cross a lot of roads you should move it but dont!!!!!!!!! because it can bite a finger off or anything  just leave it alone there dangerous

it is probably a snapper. Don't touch it, they can extend their necks pretty far and rip your finger off. leave it, it wioll find a pond.
