  1. room and board

    meal plan

    tuition

    parking perhaps

    books

    -cost depends on the college

I personally only have to pay $3,000 a year.

  2. books, registration fees, credit hour fees, additional class fees (especially labs), gas, other supplies

  3. Well if you live on campus then housing, tuition, and books are the main costs you have with spending cash for other petty things like food and entertainment.

If you live off campus then you have  your tuition, books, transportation costs (parking garage fees if you park your car close to campus), rent, utilities, food, and then your entertainment and stuff.

It's more expensive to live off campus because it's the little things you need to furnish your apartment and bills and what not that add to the costs.

  4. It all depends in the college you are attending...for example, the community college i attend charges $56 per credit plus any other fees that may come with any class. If I decide to go full time, which is 12 credits, I would pay around $672. Another thing I would consider would be that after a certain amount of credits, the college no longer charges per credit. In my college, one pays for up to 15 credits, after that you don't pay for anymore credits that semester.
