im 5'4 and 110 pounds.im not really fat or anything but my whole body just seems so saggish fat.its really gross!i live in an apartment and i dont have time to go to a gym.i heard that biking gives u a nice *** and firm, long legs.but i dont have a bike and i dont really want to buy one, so are there any easy sports or exercises i can do at home that will give me the same results?
