I know the lotus elise is made of aluminum but also epoxied together, so there must be some good binders for aluminum cans right? Anyone know of any?

  1. There are lots of glues that will work with varying degrees of success. Which you use depends upon how you intend to join them, for what purpose, and what sort of strength you need.

For joining cans end to end, for display, a cyanoacrylate is the obvious choice (Krazy Glue, Super Glue, etc..) If you need to connect them more securely, for some structural purpose, rough up the bonding surface and use an epoxy. Metal-filled epoxies are the strongest stuff you can get (J.B. weld, Devcon fast metal, etc..)

  2. Liquid Fusion will work, so will E6000.
