Not sure what you mean.  There aren't bulletin boards on the ships themselves, in general, but you will get a daily bulletin listing all the activities, dress code, etc.

There really aren't any bulletin boards as such.

There are menu boards outside each restaurant, heads of department boards,showing the chief and deputy heads of each department usually near the reception area.

All passenger information about the next port of call, activities, restaurant & bar opening times are printed in the ships daily newspaper which is delivered each night to every passenger cabin.

Are asking about onboard bulletin boards or online bulletin boards?  Online there is www.cruisecritic.com, and yahoo has a group.  

On board ship you will find bulletin boards with info about location, weather, and menus.
