Not much in terms of day to day living.  Obviously housing, food, transportation are all paid for.  He would have to pay for cloths and other personal items (gifts for his family, etc).  In the case of Bush, he would also have to pay taxes and and possibly a mortgage on properties such as his ranch in Texas.
