  1. Sometimes all you think about is what is on your mind...and it never leaves and wants to drive you crazy til you can't stand it.  I found out i had anxiety last year about 3am in the morning when i started shaking and i couldn't stop. Of course, i went to the hospital because i didn't know what was going on and that's what they said...my body shut down, because i couldn't take it anymore and that's how my body responded.  But everyone is different.  There will be sleepless nights if you have anxiety, the inability to finish things because you are so overwhelmed with what may be going on.  It could be so many things...you have no idea.

  2. I had overwhelming anxiety. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda.

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. The package doesn't have to say Splenda to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels. So, you might still be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia and more.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen so its like a breath of fresh air

  4. I used to have reaaally bad anxiety. I used to get really anxiety and paranoid when I dated this guy, because I was sure he was cheating on me. I would literally spend all day thinking about it, and like, the questions in my mind were really irrational. I would lose my appetite, and my heart would race, and sometimes my eyesight would get blurry.

  5. There are many different causes of anxiety, each presenting in their own way.

You can have free floating anxiety where the anxious thoughts just seem to come upon you from out of the blue and you often are not even able to pin point what you are anxious about.

Then there is anxiety caused by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder where you have intrusive thoughts and anxiety about health issues, etc.

There is social anxiety where being around people in social situations causes you anxiety.

there is anxiety that is caused by Post Traumatic Stress Disorder where an event from your past will trigger anxiety in the present.

The most important thing to keep in mind relative to anxiety is that the more you avoid the triggers/situations that cause you to become anxious the more your anxiety will increase around these issues.

  6. It's always, "How do I fix my problems!"

Exercise, and helping other people is the answer.

  7. every bad thought about myself comes to the fore.  It's like a waking nightmare.  Get some help for it if it is a persistent problem.  those thoughts are lies but you  can't believe it alone.

  8. I have had anxiety attacks, and have been overcome with the thought that I am going to die.  My heart pounds so hard I can hear it, my vision gets blurry, and I can't stop thinking I'm going to pass out.

Depression and anxiety can come from many chemical and environmental factors.  If you are in a bad situation, have been abused, or even if you have a chemical imbalance in the brain (look up the Amygdala and how it works), you might be unable to control some of your anxious feelings.

Talk to a doctor.  They can help with medication and therapy.

  9. Funny but when I'm right in the middle of it I dont think I can think. I mean being able to think means you can start maintain and finish a useful thought and recognise it as being one of your own.

There is probably no limit to the craziness of what a human mind can think, it's amazing really thinking about thinking and not worrying about it.  See if you can stand back from what you are thinking and don't judge it. You won't be able to do it very often, but the more you pay attention to when you can, the more you will be able to. After a while you won't feel scared much anymore. It will be fun.

the problems I had I think my brain tried very hard to deal with them and sometimes it feels awful, but it is the body's way of dealing with something.

  10. I have had  many anxiety attack before and it was caused by alot of stress and it wasn't where I wanted to die it was where I couldn't get rid of the pain at all.  It was due to a bad marriage at a young age which was at 19. Which I ended up in the hospital because I broke out hives.

And another time for working too hard and at the same time found out my boyfriend cheated on me from him being out of town. I did end up in the hospital but the second time was where I couldn't breath at all my left arm was feeling num and I couldn't make a phone call and it was right there next to me! It just that I couldn't think straight at all and finially I was able to get out where I was at to my co- workers and they seen me and got help right away!  I had all the test done to my heart, blood work and x-rays done and found nothing but a healthy heart. So I decided to watch what I was eating and exercise more and had a very long talk with my boyfriend and to this day we are still together and it was a long haul and communication was the key to both our relationship and I hope you can get to talk to some one because having anixiety isn't a laughing matter. People can die from this and when my daughter was in kindergarden  but now going to be 10 coming week and she did have an  anxiety attack  her little heart was racing like a little rabbit and she ened up in the hospital and that was so scary because she was too young to worry about anything and I just wanted you to know because it can happen to any one at any age. My daughter is doing well and so am I. :o)

    I hope this helps.
