What kinds of yogurt contain L. acidopilus?

  1. Actually all of them do. Yogurt u buy from stores are cultured using a variety of microorganisms not just one type.. most commonly L.acidophilus. Others are like bifidobacterium longum etc..


  2. Many of the probiotic 'drinks' do but they are not yoghurt. The best yoghurt that does is Onken.

    BTW, most non-natural yoghurt are NOT made from a fermentation process and contain no organisms. They are mostly made from a mixture of blended milk products and fruit flavouring with some fruits thrown in.

  3. Any of the pro active yogurts or live yogurt, natural yogurt tends to have it, but the pro biotic ones do as well.  

  4. I'm pretty sure Activia does.
