I don't know any stories like that in mythology, if that's what you mean, but I'm pretty sure the English king Henry VIII died from syphilis.

Henry VIII was riddled with syphilis, don't no if that was what finally killed him

I knew that I had heard of that before too so I did a little research and found out it was King Louis XV. It was pretty hard to find the answer, but I was just as interested as you to find out who it was!
