  1. Difficult To Put On, The Grain Is Hard To Judge As The Ball Rides In That Grain And Does Crazier Things Than Hig Bermuda Greens.


  2. Higher Maintenance than other similar grasses

    Doesn't like rotary mowing

    Needs More Nitrogen then virtually all othe grasses

    It's not a fast establisher

    The grass chosen in any course will have to consider the micro-climate of it's local area and as such some 'problems' may not be so depending on the location
