Question:

What land line telephone service provider in Canada, has been rated good enough and reasonable enough ...?

(or better than good enough) by "consumer reports" and the like? Is there a pay as you go option for landlines for people who find$40.00 /month is too steep? If not why not? The first part of the question is more important to me.

  1. I'm not sure what consumer reports rates them, but I've never had a problem with Telus land line service (Telus mobility is another story, lol).  And basic telephone is closer to $25 I believe.


  2. Bell Canada is the best landline service provider. There is no pay as you go option for landline. Landline phone service will cost you around $25.00 a month if you don't take any special

    feature like caller ID or call waiting.
