His native tongue was Aramaic, he could read scripture so in Hebrew and many people, most likely Jesus too spoke Koine Greek, the language of the Roman Empire thanks to Alexander the Great who had conquered the region 300 years before. No doubt Jesus spoke in Greek with Pilate at his trial since no Roman Magistrate was given a foreign posting without having a good knowledge of Greek.
