What language does Carmen speak [other than english] in Breaking Dawn?

she says little phrases in another language, i think its spanish but not sure? one example is when she calls renesmee "Bebe linda".

Its Spanish, at the end of the chapter they arrive in, on the last page, it says Carmen held Renesmee and muttered softly to her in Spanish.

Bebe linda is something about her being contagious, I guess how she wins people over.

It's Spanish. I think it was mentioned in the book. Also, Stephenie Meyer, when explaining the backgrounds of the Denali clan, said that Carmen and Eleazar were both Spanish.
