after university i want to move to a latin american country preferable Colombia, Costa Rica or Guatemala

  1. I don't think it is easy to get a citizenship in any country.  it seems like you really have a bad image of these countries

There are several different types of residencies you can apply for in these countries.  All are difficult, expensive, and time consuming to obtain.  As far as a work visa/permit, in most cases you cannot even obtain one unless you have a skill that can't  be provided by a native.  Citizenship?  Years down the road.

  3. You  will need to get a work visa to work and reside in any of these countries.  Then you must reside there for a minimum of 5 years in some countries up to 9 or 10 years in others in order to become a citizen.    You need to chose the country you really want to live in based on other factors ,not  just which is easiest to get citizenship in...so you can live there and be truly happy.  You may want to visit several.  When you are ready you can look on the website of the embassy or consulate of that country to your home country to see what the immigration procedure is there.  Of course you could do that now to...to get an idea of their requirements.
