  1. You are obligated to pay. Furthermore, the display has forewarned u that once broken considered sold. It is not a contract but an obligation. As u are in the shopkeepers premise , u are required to adhere to his sign and whatever conditions stipulated.

  5. There is no law such as "once broken considered sold". But if you damaged someone properties, the owner can make a claim against you.

  6. It is a way for the shop owner to cover their @$$ and make positive that they have an avenue of recovering their costs should something be broke. It is not a contract, I don't believe. But... it is at least a warning that he will come after you to pay for whatever you marred.
