What law is pulling a sled behind a car breaking?

Me and my friends were planning on pulling sleds behind his car in un-plowed subdivisions, Im sure this is probably against the law, if it is which law and approximitely what would be the fine?

We tried that. Only we used old car hoods for sleds.. Lots of bruises but no broken bones. I would not do it again. You have no control and they don't stop when you want to... Find a hill..

Reckless endangerment and if someone gets hurts a car can be considered a weapon . . .

However I am a fan of sledding behind cars and actaully more fun then a sled is using an old blanket, tuck the corner of it in the trunk and several ppl can ride on that! way more fun!
