What law says that you cannot honk a horn at police, when he stops @ the left turn only signal turns green?

I would like to know what law prohibits or allows for honking at the Police office when he/she stops at the "GREEN" left turn only signal??

Just ignore some of the stupid people on this blog.

You just explained one of the reasons that REAL law officials (those from other nations and American states) have a patronizing attitude towards those from the state of California.  Simply lay this incident in the dust where it belongs, and move on to more important things and people.
