My son and his friends have been being bullied at school in the bathroom. He is a 2nd grader and his class (only 2nd grade class in that wing) is in the same area as 3rd and 4th graders. His teacher has only been allowing him to use the restroom 2-3 times a day. Unfortunately, he can not use the restroom with the more abusive boys around. This has lead in an uncontrolable bladder problem that occurs M-F. On the weekends, he is fine. What laws protect him? I am going to the school today to put a stop to it, but I would really like to scare the officials and let them know that I am fully aware of his rights.
