hermits dont really eat alot of leaves and plants in their normal state. the kind they need are the ones at the pet store expecialy made for them. but heres a link about all u need to kno from food for pets to reproduction

hermit crabs eat fruit and meat,i feed my variety bites,dried bananas(from the pet store coconut too!)They like to eat apples,carrots,grapes,non-sugary peanut butter,and thats about all i feed them... make sure you feed them nothing very sugary and always cut up there food in shapes that are small sorta like what some kid would leave on a beach...lol
