What legal action i will do on my father that has a mistress here in saudi arabia?

my father is in saudi arabia for 23 years he is always saying thta he has only a small salary and my mother ask my father's contract he told my mother that he has no contract sometimes my father is sending money to our family is only Php10,000 and now i am also working here in saudi and i investigate i caught my father in the act that he has a mistres here in saudi arabia, now i want him to send him back to the philippines what legal action i will do? where i will go? is it in philippine embassy here in saudi arabia or in labor?

You send letter from DFA to Philippines embassy in Riyadh, ones the letter recieved by the Philippine embassy tatawagan nila yung  employeer ng father mo kung tatay mo kasal sa simbahan or sa civil pwedi syang kasuhan kasi sakop sya ng  saligang batas. or dito  kana rin sa saudi pwedi kang dumolog sa philippine embassy im sure action sila sa problema mo
