I have been a mistress now for 2yrs, have been faithful to him, last year he bought my house of me, agreed for me to leave in it with my children. I have just found out that a thai lady is having his baby and wants to live here. I have no legal documents and he is a solicitor. It was sold well under market value to him and I lent him the money for the deposit. A couple of months after he bought my home i was diagnosed with depresion and have not been able to work since, I have wanted to but Doctors have not wanted me to.

  1. Sounds like a mess....he is probably leaving babies all over the place, and will continue the practice.  You'd have to talk to an attorney.....

  2. you have no legal rights except maybe to the money you lent him if you have proof that it was a loan, which it doesn't sound like you have.  if the children are his, you are entitled to child support.  that's about it.

  3. Well, that's what you get for being a mistress, he cheats on his wife with you, why do you think he would be loyal to you?

You chose to play the game, and you lost.

  4. you have no legal right. your not in a will, your not paying for any of the house and your name isnt on a house. think of this house as a gift. contact a lawyer if you really need to.

  5. you have no legal rights in this situation, if you have receipts or promissory notes stating that you lent him said money, you could try to sue him for that money but if you have no paper documentation then you are living in his house. if you live in CA and married this man it would become community property but in any other state it's his and esp. as his mistress you have no rights to his property.

  6. One of life's nasty little lessons. You have no rights. You may be able to sue, but with no paperwork, good luck. Better to lose the low life and move on. Good luck.

  7. Sorry, but there are no benefits to being a shack up honey.  Unless the house is in your name, he can just tell you to leave.

  8. You should walk right to the nearest police station and explain your current situation to them. They will advise you and take the best methods to rectify this problem for you.
