  1. No idea - my husband told me it was 6 hours - but I think that was just in the heat of the moment!

  2. for every 2 hours u should take a 30min. break, and if your eyes are hurting then u should try to focusing them on something far away then close up. hope this helps :)

  3. You need to relax your eyes for at least 5 minutes per hour assuming that you are using a low radiation monitor with filter as well.

Every 2 hours, you need to move yourself and stretch a bit

that's just a rule of thumb for most businesses who have users on computers. So their must be a good reason to it.

any more than 8 hours on a computer without an hour or 2 break is just slavery or pure irresponsible behaviour towards yourself.

    Hope this helps

  4. until you a*se goes numb

  5. Wow, this should have crossed my mine some 15 years ago. I have no idea..  There is always so much to do on the computer, the hours seem to slip away..  Now as far as being bad on the wrist and eyes, yes that could be an issue.. take precautions.  Radiation, well its possible, but TV and Microwave ovens, and CD players all give off an amount of Radiation, maybe the cell phone is worse since its right up against our heads..... Don't know...
