What length skies do I need?

I am 6' 1" tall and weigh 155 pounds and am looking on buying freestyle skies or ski blades. I'm obviously a beginner skier so what length skies do I need?

Rent. Let a pro put you in skis suited to your level, try them out, and if you don't like them go back and exchange them for a different pair. If you buy skis now as a beginner in a couple of months you're gonna be at intermediate level with beginner skis.

I would be thining 170-175 range for freestyle skiis. Forget about the blades.

Skis sould come up to around eye level.  175cm should be about right for you.  Do not get ski blades.  they are worthless.  regular skis are faster, more stable, and less dangerous.
