What level guitar tab is this considered?

That is not guitar tab.  Its just the name of the chords over the words.  although when you scroll over the blue chord name the tab pops up.  So I guess it is sort of tab.  Those chords are the probably as simple as it gets, so it's beginner level

i'd say its beginner level since it's only chords and the only skill you need to be able to play this song is being able to do chord progressions and having rhythm.
