What level of degree in teaching do you have to acquire before being able to teach Automotive??

I want to teach at a vocational/technology center and teach Automotive Service Excellence but I don't know what I would have to do to be able to do that.

Tarrant Community College requires an Associates Degree to teach Automotive classes.  I am guessing that this is one of those things that it is up to the school.
