What level or how does budew evolve on pokemon pearl???

Budew will evolve in the day time with happiness.  Keep budew in your party, give it the soothe bell, and give it massages.  When you think it likes you enough put it in battle during the day and it should evolve into roselia.  Roselia evolves into roserade with a shiny stone.

Max Friendship

DayTime

and then when you get these requirements, just level up!

Then poof! You'll now have a Roselia, Roselia evolves into Roserade with a Shiny Stone.

Budew evolves once you reached near max friendship. It also only evolves during day time

Budew evolves with a high friendship level. On my diamond it evolved at level 20 and on my pearl it evolved at level 27. Only I trained them alot since they were my olny grass-types at the time.
