There are several that come to mind. You will need a business license from the city you are based from. Go to your city hall and apply for a business license usually under $100, next you will need a business checking account, go to a bank of your choice and open one up, there are several steps needed to do this and they will advise you. Next I believe you must get a permit to sell food from the health department in your area. And last you will need a liability insurance policy, look in the Yellow Pages for insurance agents that write small business policies.
