What license should i use for my OS?

I was wondering which free software license i should use for my OS. I would like it so i am not held responsible for computer damage (i.e. If someone downloads my OS and their computer crashes) I also don't want my parents (Owns hosting) to be held responsible for anything on the site. Thanks so much.

You DO NOT want a 'free software license'.  If you want ANY protection, you want an attorney to write the license.  At least then you have someone to sue for malpractice if the license does not hold up in court.
