What licenses do I need to sell offal at a restaurant?

I want to start a small grill with exotic Asian food on the menu. Do you think I can get approved with a food safety board (or whatever you call it) if i were to sell kidneys and liver? What are the things that I need to consider?

  1. Ask someone who works at a resturant.(not the waiter, the manager) and see if u can get some help


  2. I have been to restaurants that sell entrails, tripe etc.  I don't think it would be any different.  

  3. Depends on what kind of dog it is. House dog or street dog.
