  1. Well, aside from the business licenses (import / export) you'll need from the countries you intend to do business with... a question best asked in another forum...

Regarding "Boats & Boating"... the CAPTAIN/ MASTER of the Vessel would require (in US waters) the license for the size ship he's "driving":  Masters licenses are tonnage rated at 25 GT (gross tons), 50 GT, 100 GT, 200 GT, 500 GT, or 1600 GT.

"OWNING" a boat large enough to transport multiple vehicles would be VERY costly... to the point of being cost-prohibitive (figure a SMALL freigher will run you a minumum of $2 million USD to PURCHASE). http://www.shipsaleandpurchase.com You'd PROBABLY LEASE space or CHARTER.

You'd REALLY want to consult an import-export ATTORNEY.

GOOD LUCK, Fair Winds & Following Seas !!

  2. I'm with Robert S...probably a best answer.

You need a lawyer, not free advice. You need your trade agreements/ licenses for the vehicles.

The person driving the boat whether power or sail will need the required license for the vessels tonnage.
