1. The capital of New Mexico is Santa Fe (geddit?)

2. The "official State Question" of New Mexico is "Red or Green?", asked in restaurants and referring to the type of chili sauce customers would like.

Answering "Christmas" (Navidad in Spanish) means a bit of both (red & green being the colours of Christmas).
