It's a mute point now. Toshiba has announced it will discontinue the production of HD DVD. The format is dead.

my opinion is hd DVD,but every ones got there own preferences...just like i prefer the LCD over the plasma

Blu Ray since Walmart has stopped stocking HD DVD looks Blu Ray is gonna be the format thats gonna win.
