Short hair.  Makes a man look serious and with a purpose in life.  Long hair says he still is a kid.

I'm a fan of medium or long hair. Very few men are handsome enough not to benefit from a hair style that flatters their face shape.

Of course, that means the guy's hair has to be clean and trimmed as needed. Bed-head never looks good.
