  1. I always love to eat saled for dinner maybe with some grilled soy chicken strips and a tomato


  2. try diced cucumber mixed with dressing and the mased potatoes and then some green beans and pick today to eat healthy

    there is also a bar to search for recipes at the top if you want a particular thing. I don't know if you have to be a member to use it, but I don't think you do.

  5. Festive Black Bean Chili

    2 cups chopped onions

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    1/2 cup water

    1 tablespoon ground cumin

    1 tablespoon ground coriander

    1 cup salsa

    2 red and or green bell peppers, chopped

    3 cups cooked black beans ( two 15-oz cans, drained)

    3 cups canned whole tomatoes with juice

    2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels (11 oz package)

    salt to taste

    Tabasco or other hot pepper sauce

    1/4 cup cilantro, or to taste (optional)

    in a covered soup pot, cook the onions and garlic in the water on high heat, stirring frequently, for about five minutes.  Add the cumin and coriander, and stir on high heat for one minute.  Stir in the salsa and bell peppers, lower the heat and simmer for five minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add the black beans and tomatoes; simmer for ten minutes.  Add salt and Tabasco.  Stir in the cilantro, if desired.  Serve4-6   Total time 35 minutes.
