What lures people into liking pirates and the pirate flag?

i've seen some people wave the pirate flag- like i've seen cree summer and lisa bonet be apart of this pirate sisterhood-

i was just wondering what was so alluring about pirates-

i mean the people i see wave the flag or like pirates are smart, creative, beautiful, interesting and stuff- its just different to me- that's all-

like the skull and bones on the pirate- is a little odd-

Most of your pirates were smart and creative and interesting, there is also a mystery to them also sometimes.

I think people are interesting in them by the way they lived their lives in that time period 1690 to 1730, the golden age of the Atlantic pirates, they had their freedom to go were they wanted and take what they wanted, no laws to tell them what to do.

Everyone on the pirate ships were like a brotherhood, all diffrent races, white, black, native american.

Alot of your pirates didn't like the English kings or queens trying to tell them what to do and how to live their lives.

Alot of your pirates had their own pirate flag designs, most were of the skull and cross bones, some had hour glasses on them, to tell the ship they were attacking that time was running out, Blackbeards flag had a devil skeleten holding a spear piercing a heart and holding a hour glass in the other hand.

Most pirates attack ships for their tabacco, sugar and gunpowder and weapons, and to take over their ship and make it their own.
