He was arrogant enough to believe that he could beat a guy with 80 amatuer fights??!! Sikahema was State golden Gloves champ...what was Canseco smoking?--h**l most professionals don't even have that kind of experience except for Golden Gloves champs and Olympic hopefuls/Cuban national champs etc etc. He has excellent size for a heavyweight--but he didn't take it seriously--Lennox Lewis had similar size, but trained for years and worked his way up--so did the Klitschco brothers...there are so many things to learn, like stepping to your left BEFORE moving backwards, using the double jab and knowing how to tie up your opponent when he has the upper hand--still kudos to Canseco for having the guts to go up against such a talented opponent.

Well he did not know he was going against a simi por boxer thats not fare. I have a buddy that is about 6'3 almost 300lbs and just got into mma. He beat a few guys, but one 170lbs 5'11ish fighter threw him around the ring. Put Jose against the Fridge Perry. Lets be serious they were not far to the Cuban Bambino. Not a golden glove winning retired linesman. That guy was fighting before he was chasing the pigskin.
