  1. The stock was grossly overpriced, so that the second SPWR stumbled a little bit, the market suddenly said "Wow, maybe it's grossly overpriced?"  and it got hit hard.  

    SPWR has an excellent growth record but not one that calls for a P/E of >300.  It's still somewhat overpriced but not nearly like it was at 149.
