  1. Readers Digest accepts submissions for short stories and jokes and yes the pay you if it is printed.


  2. Yes according to the first poster, Readers digest is a good source. Also we are working on 2 magazines now and are accepting articles for the payrate of $25-$50 depending on length and topics. Let me know if you want to submit an article.
