ive had my 42" plasma for more than a year already and its great =]

At one point in time, they all will offer the best price. Federal & state laws prevent retail stores from having product on perpetual sales. So you will see products cycle on & off sale prices. At any point in time, either of these stores can have the best price. Also, Sears & Circuit City have price guarantees that insure that they will not be undersold. My only issue would be with Circuit City. Based upon my own personal experience with this organization, I could never in good conscious recommend that you shop there.
