great idea . you will have to go to major manafactures web site , everything you will want will be listed , loft , lie bounce , etc . a unknown company  called feel golf has great wedges it may be worth the time . do not alter the bounce on your sand iron . will make club wseless from the sand . if you like your weges have qualified club repair shop grind the bounce of fairway wedges . sounds like you play hard , thin grass fairways . great idea . good luck

I was interested in finding a new set of wedges a while back and researched the topics.  I eventually settled on buying the clevelands but I seem to remember that ping wedges had very little flange.
