  1. Local butchers shop made.  Beef.  Wont bye Tesco or any supermarket ones or Pork farms, Walls, Bowyers, Richmond and more they are c**p and made by the same company.

I made portuguese pork with hot sausage and kale, stew (6 cloves of garlic) and I used a butcher shop brand of chourico, I buy it a Pavaou the local portuguese butcher shop were I got the shoulder pork chops, 3 inches thick to make the stew, I would offr you some but my friends ate the pot clean, next time.

  11. Spicy Italian. I cooked it in with black-eyed peas. Very good!

  13. ASDA own brand mid-range standard pork sausage. Just over 67% meat. £1.68 for 8. Very firm and meaty. Not over-seasoned or too herby either, so you could actually taste the pork. It shows that the supermarkets can get sausages right when they put their minds to it.

  20. pork but i had a spanish sausage  about2 weeks ago nd it was relli weird. but i know how to say it in spanish. corizo salchichas. lol

  21. had a local one called saxon sausage. very garlicky. worked well for sandwiches w/ peppers and onions.

  25. Just tonight! I made a James Martin "Toad in the Hole" with Cumberland Sausage. It was very nice. I wasn't sure about the wholegrain mustard at first but the taste was sublime. I must admit that my "Yorkshire Pudding" rose well but was not fully cooked on the bottom.
