What make up does she use?

Question

Is it liquid eyeliner or is it just regular pencil eyeliner to put it on top like that?

I always have trouble putting it on top idk how to do it.

liquid on top pencil on bottom. liquid you can get at the drug store. NYC has a black liquid one for $2 at the drugstores I think. it's really good...even megan fox uses it :D

It looks like a pencil eyeliner.  What i like to use as eyeliner is a really thin brush and black eyeshadow. It last longer than regular eyeshadow and its easier to put on.

called fluidline. You apply it with an angle brush and its a lot easier [for me at least] to apply. and it's more precise.

When you apply it, just go along your lashlines and follow the line or your eyes.

That looks like pencil.

It takes alot of practice, but I gently pull my eye line it like that. If you fine your hand is unsteady, use your pinky finger to steady your hand.

Master the pencil before moving on to liquid.

that is pencil. start at the inner corners extending a making wider as you get to the outer corner. only line halfway on the bottom. clean smudges wit Q tip
