I am going into high school and I want to get a lot of make-up where your whole face is covered in an inch of it but something that is light and fresh looking. Also where would you reccommend buying it?

  1. I just bought the 120 pro palette! I'm still waiting for it to come.

But I looked at reviews on youtube and it seems pretty legit.

That's where i bought mine..it was about 28 dollars after shipping and handling. It has 120 different eyeshadows, all the eyeshadows you'll ever need!

I'm so excited to get it. Everyone says its a great starter palette..Well anyways, if you're not looking for that much eyeshadow..I'd recommend going to Walgreens or CVS, they have some pretty cheap makeup.

If you want foundation, I use bare minerals and I think it's amazing! The brush it comes with is real soft and makes my complexion look real even.

You should check out www.xanga.com/ricebunny for makeup tips. She has a lot of tutorials on makeup.

    Goodluck :)

  2. department stores. they have lots of variety that you can find anyhting there.

  3. ok i suggest clinique make up brands at ur nearest mall.. any ways u want to start with the airbrush concealor, than the double matte powder, than a brownser or blush to finish, ask the worker what shades u should use.. to pop out ur eyes get the avon battery power eye lash curler and the high definition mascara!! avon curler on ebay or ur local avon representative

  4. Believe it or not, target has some great brand names for very low prices. And you're whole face doesn't have to be covered. Because if it rains or if it washes off, people will think you're fake. A little bit of foundation to cover up the things you don't like, and some mascara & eyeliner would be good. E-mail me if you need extra help! x0besidemex0@aim.com

  5. well for school u probably shouldnt over-do it, but maybe some eyeliner, any brand would be fine, but if u have really light skin u might wanna get brown instead of black. if u have flawless skin than u dont need foundation, but almay is good for that too. eyeshadow u should probably use light colors, and any brand would be fine for that..lipstick or lipgloss, if ur lips r thin use a really light color, because dark colors would make ur lips look really thin. maybe  a really pale pink....

u can get this stuff at ur local cvs, or walgreens...whatever drugstore is nearby would have it

  7. I would have to say Clinique in Macy's.  Clinique is the most tested by

Dermatologists. I know this because I bought the most expensive line Macy's carried and the counter woman told me I could use the body scrub on my face.  Well, my face became red and then I broke out in raw skin here and there.  I had to see Dermatologist. The doctor told me that even though this line was the most expensive one that Macy's carried and I loved the bold and beautiful color ranges but he said most of the cosmetics today have too much oil, unnatural pigments, minerals and is not safe for the most skin types.  He told me he can guarantee that I can use the products from Clinique because it is tested by Dermatologist and he knows for a fact that it is safe and good for your face.  It does not clog the skin and it looks natural on the face.  He gave me a letter so that I could get a full refund from the company that I bought the makeup from in Macy's.  They stopped carrying that line also. If you go in when the counter is not busy and tell them that you are trying to achieve a school look, they will steer you in the right application process and try colors out on you and then you can learn how to apply the makeup and you will not look too over done.  They will know how to apply it and teach you how to do it.  Makeup should enhance your look not make you look like a clown or that you are noticed by your makeup and not you.  Try it! Your face will thank you for getting a quality product.

  8. well i don't no if your from uk but if you are try boots

they have mostly every brand you want.

for school you don't want to cover you whole face you will look fake and a bit silly but ........

if you want that look try foundation ,,powder ,,blusher ,,eyeliner ,, eyeshadow ,, mascara       but only things that are the same colour as your skin type, also try brown mascara and eyeliner and eye shadow

    hope this helps

  9. I'd suggest you go very light with the make-up try using a tinted moisturiser becuse you have to remember what you do to your skin now will effect it in the future. for example foundation will block and clog your proes causing acne or oilyness. mascara should always be washed of after its been worn because it damages the eye lashes.

Plus your only in yr 7, yeh,... well your really young to wear a lot of make-up any way do what you want.

    hpoe this helps.

    xx.
