What make up should I wear?

Question

I have never worn much make up before & I want to wear mascara, eye liner, etc. What make up should I put on? I have blonde hair, blue eyes, and Im 15.

Do you have any tips on putting it on?

The makeup you should wear is lotion all over your face, a thin line of brown eyeliner on your lower lash line, curled eyelashes using an eyelash curler, one coat of clear mascara on your upper and lower eyelashes, and some lip balm.

Since you have blonde hair, I'm assuming you have light eyelashes. So you may want some brown-black lengthening/defining mascara, or volumizing mascara if you're going for a dramatic look.

For eyeliner, try brown right on the lashlines. You can also subtly line the bottom lashline too, if it looks alright.

Now, a big trend for eyeshadow this fall is golden eyes. So try a shimmery gold shadow, a beige, or a brown. You can also try a darker smokey grey if you want to be dramatic.

Now if you don't have any blemishes or dark circles, you can skip the concealer. If you do, dab some on and around the area and cover it with a light dusting of translucent powder.

That's it! If you want to wear lip gloss, a sheer light pink shade looks fabulous on everyone. And bronzer is always an option, just don't go too dark.

You should put on make-up that matches you (colors and all that)  =) I don't think you should wear black eyeliner since you have blonde hair, it's something I read online that black is way strong for people that have blonde hair.

Okay, first, just cleaan your face, to start with raw material.

Then, you can use foundation. I like light foundations, like Bare Naturale by Loreal. The kinds with minerals are nice.

Then, you can use a pencil or liquid eyeliner to outline your eyes

(black's what I use but you might like blue, to bring out your eyes)

Put on any color eyeshadow, like matching with your clothes, or blue to match your eyes,

Frame your lashes with black mascara,

and your DONE!

you can add or subtract to this basic list depending on the ocassion.

for mascara,

a good tip is to use an eyelash curler

and for eyeliner I suggest putting it on the top lid and the bottom

so your eyes look bigger and fuller

and if you want eyeshadow, for blue eyes, i suggest light colors

like light blue and light green.

and if you have blemishes, try concealer and maybe some foundation

and bronzer, but if you don't NEED it, don't use it.
