First you need a topical ointment to correct your current acne. Then you should really work on cleaning out your pores.  acne is a build up of the oils and dirt in your pores.  A good exfoliant would do wonders for your skin even remove old acne scars in 3-5 months of usage.

Go visit the Clinique counter at your local mall. They have an acne skin care line and they have makeups and products specially designed for pores.

Use mineral makeup or Clinique. Also, make sure you use an astringent with a cotton swab after you wash your face, I like Clean and Clear astringent/toner and also buy St. Ives Apricot scrub. This will make your face allot smoother and help clean out your pores.
