  1. The number of protons in the nucleus for one! :)  Radium has one more then francium.

    Francium - rare

    Radium - found in uranium ore

    francium - half life 22 minutes

    radium - half life1602 years

    francium - too unstable to have pratical uses/applications

    radium - used now and previously in many different ways


  2. I'm sorry to tell you Nate but, there is no such thing as rudium. It's not an element and its not listed in the dictionary.
