What makes MU so dominant, the manager or the players and what Liverpool must learn from them to win the EPL?

I'm Liverpool fan and MU is making Liverpool look pathetic as we rejoice with the past 18 cups that is won 20 years ago. If MU won again this season, we've got nothing to brag about as MU after that is on the same par as Liverpool.

What makes Man U dominant is fairly easy - exceptional management, strong leader (fergie), and support from the back room staff for the on field staff. That sort of mentality attracts top players, and gives them the opportunity effectively to pick and choose (for all those banging on about Man City, this is the key difference - doesn't matter how much money is involved, great players want to play for great teams, not just rich ones)

What Liverpool must learn is equally easy - buy less but better quality. Develop and nurture youth. Play players were they play their best football. Play to win, every game. Even if it means you lose, far better to lose a game while trying to win it, then lose the premiership because you're too busy trying not to lose games.

Don't forget, it's not that long ago Man U weren't actually very good and were also living on the glories of the past. They built a team by buying well - rarely extragavantly - and bringing through top players from their youth squads (ever heard of guys by the name or Giggs, Scholes, Beckham etc?) and ultimately developed into an extraordinary force in world football. That's all Liverpool needs to do. Simple really.

Oh, and sack the manager. Benitez is clearly no more capable than Houllier of doing the above, in some senses probably less so.

We need a Manager on a par with Paisley, who has the support of the brd! I don't know if Rafa gets the support he deserves? We need the New stadium and we need to start playing! form and winning is addictive the same as loosing!

(Sir) Kenny Dalglish sounds good to me! But that's for the future. I hope he will take the job again one day and have the full support of all the fans and brd!
