  1. Mayonaise made from egg white.

  2. Mayonnaise is mainly egg yolk and oil with a bit of lemon juice. The reason it is white is that the lemon juice and oil mix together (emulsify) with the result that a small amount of lemon juice completely covers each molecule of oil. The egg yolk acts as a stabilizer, keeping the ingredients stuck together.  

  3. eggs, oil, and air. Gross when you think about it! But yummy on a sandwich!

  4. Fat is usually white. So I'm gonna guess fat. But what about fat-free mayo? Hmm..
