someone lied to you. There are no intoxicating agents in either orange juice or cinnamon.  There also is no chance of a chemical reaction between the two that causes intoxication. This is an urban legend that has been debunked. but if you dont believe me just try it. But drinking a gallon could quite possibly lead to health problems. Orange juice is highly acidic
